Welcome to the world of Crafting!

When I first started crafting, it was for me to have a creative outlet. I was always helping friends and family with birthday party decorations, or even some shirts for the day of. I started this with the dream of one day starting my own Event Planning business or even just on a small scale pop up events. 

I have learned over the years that buying crafting supplies and then actually creating the craft... two very different hobbies! I have collected so many different things over the years and love trying out new things. You have an idea? I'd love to take it on, fail along the way, trust the process and then finally come to this finished product that I am in love with. *Poof* my Etsy shop was born. 

Friendships By Design is the name that I have always had in my head, mainly due to the friendships that I've made along the way and the many designs thats I have come up with for them. Not only that but the designing part, we all set out with this idea of the perfect "made family" you know the saying, "Freinds are the family you choose" - Jess C. Scott, well, this is 100% what I believe. The name has stemmed from that. 

I can almost guarantee these posts will be few and far between becuase lets face it.. life happens. But! I will be here to help answer any questions, go over the crafting/creating process and sharing all the mistakes I make along the way! I hope you learn something along the way, not only about your crafting but about yourself as well <3
